Steve Cleere is a CPG Marketing Expert with 25+ years of industry experience.  He was the founding partner of a San Francisco-based $10M + retail marketing agency that worked with large CPG firms.  You know the companies & brands, Nestle, Clif Bar, El Monterey Frozen Foods, Tetley Tea, Bell Helmets, Hasbro, Afrin, ConAgra, LifeScan, Claritin, Traditional Medicinals and many others!  He helped them create successful strategies and tactics for selling more effectively at retail.

When he volunteered to help with the Food Incubator at Renaissance (where Debra was Training Manager), he started working with start-ups, smaller and family-owned brands. He was also working with the Northern CA Small Business Development Center as an advisor and was pulled in to advising other CPG businesses trying to scale.
