At the end of our show with Isabella "Bella" Hughes of Shaka Tea, we got this advice – and it was a great reflection. Bella also walks the walk –with her work with the indigenous small farmers in the Hawaiian Islands to supporting causes that she feels make an impact.
Bella sees the role of an entrepreneur as more than just building a successful business. It is also about community and on an even wider basis – the Earth. Shaka Tea, her awesome tasting line of beverages are brewed with a native Hawaiian sweetener – and have caught on like wildfire –but she still knows that ‘giving back’ is the ultimate ‘success’.
