Our phrase this week comes from one of the first guests on the show, my good friend Dave Hirschkop of Dave's Gourmet, Inc. An industry veteran, Dave is well known for his ‘flavors’ of hot sauces, pasta sauces and other great gourmet foods. He has also been known to appear at Trade Shows as ‘Crazy Dave’, complete with straight jacket. We had a great chat and I thought his choice for W2GB was something we sometimes forget: “Flavor First”!
